I agree to use CulpeperCon logos & images in my own marketing materials.*

I will email my business logo to info@culpepercon.org no later than February 14, 2026 at 5pm. After said time, late submissions may be included digitally (website, social media) only.*

I have made payment or will make payment online via Zeffy or by check payable to Friends of the Culpeper Library, Inc.*

I have chosen the perks in accordance with my sponsorship tier.*

I understand that this form DOES NOT guarantee an information booth or table. 

All information booth/table interests must be completed on a separate form.*
