How it works
Community superheroes are invited to host an Information Booth for FREE at CulpeperCon on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. in Culpeper County Library.
(The evening of March 27 is for the Cosplay Runway & Contest only.)
Bring an interactive element—like as trivia, photo ops, or mini demos—to engage attendees.
Small incentives (coupons or discounts) are encouraged to expand your reach beyond the event.
No selling, bartering, trading, or other transactions are permitted on Library premises.
Authors & Artists
Fantasy/Sci-Fi authors & artists of all kinds (comic, graphic novelists, superhero, games, & illustrators preferred)

Each author or artist receives an 8×8 ft. booth space inside the Library.

Setup begins at 8:00 a.m.

A time slot system may be used depending on space and the number of registrants.
General Exhibitors
Organizations wishing to celebrate graphic novels, pop culture, or storytelling.
